The ITIL v2 Foundation course is the entry level certification course for IT Service Management Best Practices based on ITIL version 2 (v2). Participants will learn the principles and core elements of the process oriented approach to IT Service Management according to the ITIL v2 best practice. An interactive approach is used combining lecture, discussion and the Wall Street Service Management simulation experience (classroom only).
